Welcome to No End Fitness
I started out on my fitness journey expecting to see results, yet found myself frustrated. I was always working out but never seemed to achieve acceptable fitness levels. As a rugby player and coach as well as a runner, I always considered myself “in shape” but was never fit! Despite training for rugby and half marathons I could never quite reach my goals. Then my wife, Amanda, and I began a journey of fitness that opened our eyes to the true concept of fitness. I began to see that I was doing it all wrong and finally understood why I couldn’t reach my goals.
There is a right way to approach fitness and I had at last grasped the concept. This knowledge sparked an enthusiasm in me I had never experienced and led me to the realization that I wanted to help others achieve their fitness goals. This passion has driven me to continue studying and become certified as a personal trainer. I achieved the status of National Academy of Sports Medicine – Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT) and set out to start No End Fitness to help others reach their goals. Whether you’re just starting out or are an experienced athlete, we can help you achieve your goals!
No End Fitness provides personal training and fitness coaching for individuals and small groups right in your home or office. We can use fitness and exercise equipment you have in your home gym or we can bring what we need to guide you to meet your fitness goals. We use conventional as well as new and exciting training methods to make working out effective, fun and fresh! At No End Fitness, we use a scientific approach to evaluate the “how and why” of your specific fitness goals, then design a custom fitness program to facilitate your needs. Nutrition plays a key role in meeting fitness goals. In addition to training, we will guide you by providing nutrition recommendations to solidify your fitness objectives. With the holistic approach of combining physical activity, scientific rationale and nutritional guidance No End Fitness will provide you with a comprehensive fitness program that will produce results!
